Action for damages for breach of employment contract. Following a period of employment pursuant to verbal agreement Gayle F. Ingram entered into a written contract on April 5, 1962 with Dallas County Water Control and Improvement District No. 7 (hereinafter referred to as Water District) wherein it was agreed that Ingram was to be employed as general manager of the Water District for a definite period of five years.
