In a proceeding pursuant to CPLR article 78 to review a determination of the respondent Triborough Bridge and Tunnel Authority dated February 15, 1990, which terminated the petitioner’s employment, the petitioner appeals from an order and judgment (one paper) of the Supreme Court, Richmond County (Sangiorgio, J.), dated October 11, 1990, which, inter alia, dismissed the proceeding.
Ordered that the order and judgment is affirmed, with costs.
