JOHNSON, Circuit Judge:
This case concerns an appeal from the district court’s grant of summary judgment in favor of Medical Disposables, Inc. (“the Company”). We affirm in part, reverse in part, and remand.
I. FACTS
In February 1984, Douglas Livernois was hired by the Company as Director of Institutional Sales. When Livernois accepted employment, the parties had an oral agreement as to the terms of the contract.
