The petitioners herein, McDowell Nursing and Rehabilitation Center, et al. (hereinafter “McDowell Nursing”), 1 request this Court to issue a writ of prohibition to prevent the Circuit Court of Kanawha County from enforcing its March 28, 2012, order.
