This is the court’s decision with regard to the motion of Defendant East Orange to dismiss the appeal of Plaintiff Thomas Green, Jr. (the “Taxpayer”) for the Taxpayer’s failure to comply with the provisions of N.J.S.A. 54:4-34 (Chapter 91).
