The question involved in this case is whether the court below should have appointed receivers for the Consumers Association of America, a corporation of the State’of Delaware.

*265The findings of the chancellor cannot be challenged owing to the state of the record; exceptions filed to them have not been acted upon by the court below, and the only assignment of error is to the decree entered.
