This is an interlocutory appeal from a district court order granting appellees’ (American Industrial Refrigeration, Inc. (AIR) and Refrigeration Valves and Systems Corp. (RVS)) motion to compel production by appellant (Wells Dairy) of a report by two investigators from the University of Wisconsin. Wells Dairy had refused to produce the report, claiming it was privileged under the work-product doctrine and self-critical-analysis privilege.
