OPINION
WHITE, Justice.
In this workers’ compensation action, we granted the employee’s motion for review pursuant to Tennessee Code Annotated Section 50-6-225(e)(1995 Supp.) to decide whether the employer is responsible for medical expenses and temporary total disability benefits associated with reconstructive surgery to the employee’s chin. Also at issue is the trial court’s award of nine percent permanent partial disability and attorney’s fees. For the reasons stated below, we affirm the judgment of the trial court.
