Kilday, Judge:

Appellant was tried by special court-martial, convened in Taiwan, on six specifications of larceny, in violation of Article 121, Uniform Code of Military Justice, 10 USC § 921. Contrary to his plea, he was found guilty of all specifications. He was sentenced to a bad-conduct discharge, forfeitures for six months, and confinement at hard labor for six months. The convening authority and the officer exercising general court-martial jurisdiction approved the sentence.
