Drauzin Ducre, alleging ownership of a tract of land containing 956 acres more or less, designated on the survey and maps prepared under the supervision of the United States Land Office as headright No. 43, Tp. 8 S., R. 13 E., situated in the parish of St. Tammany, and that Purnel M. Milner was in wrongful possession of a part of the tract, brought suit against Milner for the recovery of that part of the tract of which he was alleged to have possession.
