Joelle Ogletree brought this suit under Title VII of the Civil Rights Act of 1964 (“Title VII”), alleging that the Glen Rose Independent School District (“School District”) discriminated against her on the basis of sex and retaliated against her by denying her two teaching positions in 2008. The district court granted the School District’s motion for summary judgment. In addition, the district court granted the School District’s motion for fees, determining that her claims were frivolous, unreasonable, and groundless.
