Appeal from an order of the Family Court of Saratoga County (Abramson, J.), entered November 1, 2006, which, among other things, dismissed petitioner’s application, in three proceedings pursuant to Family Ct Act articles 6 and 8, for custody of the parties’ children.
Petitioner (hereinafter the mother) and respondent (hereinafter the father) were married in 2002 and are the parents of two children (born in 2003 and 2004).
