Appellant and respondent were married in 1967; a premamal agreement provides that whatever property each had as of then shall remain the separate property of said party; at the time of separation there were five hank accounts—-a separate account established by each party prior to marriage, a mutual checking account for household expenses (United California Bank), a savings account in Fidelity Federal Savings and Loan in the name of both parties as joint tenants, and a business account in the name of both parties; there were no children of the marriage and respondent…
