In a child custody proceeding pursuant to Family Court Act article 6, the father appeals, as limited by his brief, from stated portions of an order of the Family Court, Suffolk County (McNulty, J.), dated June 25, 1992, which, after a hearing, inter alia, granted the parties joint custody of the child, with the child residing with the father on condition that he reside within a five-mile radius of the former marital residence, and the mother cross-appeals, as limited by her brief, from so much of the order as denied her application for sole custody.
