—In an action for a divorce, the defendant husband appeals, as limited by his brief, from (1) so much of an order of the Supreme Court, Nassau County (Winick, J.), dated September 8, 1989, as awarded custody of the parties’ son Yale to the plaintiff wife, and (2) so much of a judgment of the same court, dated April 12, 1990, as awarded custody of the parties’ son Yale to the plaintiff wife.
Ordered that the appeal from the order is dismissed; and it is further,
