Appellees brought this action against appellant to recover possession of and to quiet their title to the real estate described in the complaint. Appellant’s demurrer to the amended complaint was overruled. Appellant filed a cross-complaint in two paragraphs-, and appellees’ demurrer to same was sus*154tained. Upon leave .granted, appellant filed an amended second paragraph of cross-complaint, to which appellees’ demurrer for want of facts was sustained.
