This matter is before this Court on Defendant, Winchester Medical Center, Inc.’s, Demurrer to the Plaintiff’s Motion for Judgment. In this medical malpractice case, the Plaintiff alleges that on August 27, 1997, she was admitted to Winchester Medical Center, Inc., to undergo surgery to be performed by Defendant, John W.
