OPINION
{¶ 1} Appellant, Alan Corrado, appeals from the February 28, 2007 and May 31, 2007 judgment entries of the Ashtabula County Court of Common Pleas, Juvenile Division. For the following reasons, we affirm.
{¶ 2} Substantive and Procedural History
{¶ 3} Appellant ("Mr. Corrado"), filed a motion requesting a court ordered visitation on November 1, 2006. Mr. Corrado has been incarcerated since the birth of his child, Alana Corrado, with appellee, Dorothy Bluhm ("Ms. Bluhm").
