This is an appeal from a judgment declaring the forfeiture of a Packard automobile under the provisions of section 15 of the State Narcotic Act.
The trial court found against appellant upon the question of whether there had been a “reasonable investigation of the moral responsibility, character and reputation of the purchaser”, and appellant’s main attack is directed against this finding.
