Hossein Milani sues his former employer, International Business Machines Corporation, Inc., (“IBM”), alleging discrimination based on age and national origin in violation of the New York State Human Rights Law, N.Y. Exec. Law § 296 (McKinney 2003) (“NYSHRL”), and the New York City Human Rights Law, N.Y.C. Admin. Code §§ 8-107 and 8-502 et seq. (“NYCHRL”). IBM moves for summary judgment on all claims and for sanctions, costs, and attorney’s fees.
