Plaintiff Christopher E. Brown (“plaintiff’ or “Brown”) brings this action against defendant Nassau County (“defendant” or “the County”) alleging violations of Title II of the Americans with Disabilities Act, 42 U.S.C. § 12131 et seq. (“ADA”), as well as the Rehabilitation Act, 29 U.S.C. § 794 et seq.
