Jaime Soto appeals from a summary judgment entered in favor of General Foam & Plastics Corporation (General Foam). For the reasons that follow, we affirm.
FACTUAL SUMMARY
Jaime Soto was employed by General Foam and worked in the company’s Mexican plant, Arboles Navideños De Juarez, S.A. de C.V., located in Ciudad Juarez, Chihuahua, Mexico.
