Body Imaging, P.C. (Body Imaging), complainant’s former employer, and Paul Meunier, M.D. (Meunier), apparently the sole shareholder of Body Imaging during the times pertinent to this appeal, seek judicial review of the final order on reconsideration of the Commissioner of the Bureau of Labor and Industries (BOLI). ORS 659.085.
