This is an original proceeding before this court to review an order and award of the State Industrial Commission rendered June 25, 1932, in case No. A-67563, styled “Mrs. Alzina Lowe v. Fairmont Creamery and United States Fidelity & Guaranty Company,” wherein the Commission made the following pertinent findings and order:
