This is an appeal from a decree prorating and charging the federal estate taxes aud California inheritance taxes among the devisees and legatees of Abkar Setrakian, deceased.

The Facts

The testator, by his will executed June 2, 1948, made certain specific bequests which disposed of an inconsequential portion of his estate. The residue he gave, devised and bequeathed to his two sons in trust with directions as to the management and distribution thereof. The estate was appraised at $911,767.11.
