OPINION

THOMPSON, Judge.

This is an appeal and cross-appeal filed from the findings of fact and conclusions of law entered in a dissolution of marriage action. Ralph Edward Fehr appeals the decision of the Oldham Family Court awarding Maren Mitchell Fehr a villa and a one-half marital interest in a mini-storage warehouse located in St. .Maarten of the Netherlands Antilles. He alleges that as a result of the court’s award, he was denied his nonmarital interest in those properties. Maren contends that the family court lacked subject matter jurisdiction over the property located in the Netherlands…
