MEMORANDUM OPINION

BEFORE THE COURT is Defendant Cinema Management of Puerto Rico, Inc.’s (hereinafter “CMPR”) Motion to Dismiss filed on October 30, *1452015. CMPR argues that it was not properly served with process in this matter. Plaintiffs have not filed a response to CMPR dismissal motion. For the reasons stated below, the Court will grant the motion and will dismiss the complaint as to CMPR.
