Appellant, Beachside Associates, LLC (“Beachside”), appeals from the Superior Court’s December 17, 2008 order, which denied Beachside’s motion to reconsider the October 14, 2008 Order granting the motion to dismiss and quash service of process filed by Appellee, Yehuda Fishman (“Fishman”).2 For the reasons which follow, we will vacate the Superior Court’s October 14, 2008 order of dismissal, vacate as moot the December 17,2008 order denying reconsideration, and remand this matter to the trial court to determine whether a discretionary extension of…
