HOFFMAN, Judge:

This is an appeal from a judgment of sentence for escape. Appellant poses the following three questions:(1) SHOULD THE JURY PANEL HAVE BEEN LIMITED TO PERSONS INCLUDED ON THE JURY LIST?

*204(2) WAS EVIDENCE IMPROPERLY EXCLUDED?(3) WAS THE JURY PROPERLY CHARGED?
