INTRODUCTION

The plaintiff David Ippolito (Mr. Ippolito) injured his arm falling on an ice-covered walkway owned by Bradford Village Condominium Trust and Property Management of Andover, Inc. (Bradford Village).3 Mr. Ippolito alleges that the injury was caused by the negligent failure of Bradford Village and Paul F. Lav-allee d/b/a Lavallee Landscaping (Mr. Lavallee) to clear the walkway of accumulated snow and ice. Mr. Ippolito’s wife, Darlene Ippolito (Mrs. Ippolito), brings a claim for loss of consortium.
