Geo. Bert. Cropper, Inc. v. Wisterco Investments, Inc.

This is yet another law suit which stems from the tremendous building expansion on Maryland’s bit of seashore since World War II. 1 This controversy grows out of a joint venture to construct a motel in Ocean City, said to have been intended as a Holiday Inn. Before work on the foundation was completed certain of the joint venturers withdrew.
