CAYCE, Chief Justice.

A jury convicted Terry Wayne Bruton of aggravated robbery and assessed his punishment at seventy-five years’ confinement and a $10,000 fine. On appeal, Bruton raises five points of error complaining that the trial court erred 1) in denying his motion to suppress an in-court identification of him by the complaining witness, 2) in denying his motion for mistrial following an allegedly improper jury argument by the State, 8) in denying his objection to the jury charge on the basis that it authorized a finding that he acted as a “principal” because the evidence is…
