Plaintiff Charles E. Meece, Jr. appeals the August 1, 2005 order of the United States District Court for the Eastern District of Kentucky granting Defendant Jo Anne B. Barnhart, Commissioner of Social Security’s motion for summary judgment and denying PlaintifPs motion for summary judgment.
