The plaintiff in error, Madge B. Taylor, was plaintiff in the Court of Common Pleas where she filed a petition on appeal from an adverse decision of the Industrial Commission of Ohio on a claim presented by her for the death of her husband, H. L. Taylor. Said petition alleges in substance that the defendant, Adah K.
