¶ 1 Fidelity & Deposit Company of Maryland (Appellant) appeals from the judgment for money damages against its counter-bond that the trial court awarded to' Ronald and Barbara Anderson (Appellees) in the replevin action that they filed concerning various equipment. Appellant contends that the trial court erred by granting judgment for money damages in a replevin action when the subject property remained available for Appellees’ recovery and possession.
