GOODRICH, Circuit Judge.

This is an appeal from a judgment rendered for the plaintiff in an action upon a policy of accident insurance issued by the appellant to Ralph Anzano. The pertinent provision of the policy, which insured Anzano against loss from accidental injuries causing whole and continuous disability in his occupation, provided that if such injuries caused death within two hundred weeks from the date of the accident the company would pay, in addition to the weekly indemnity for the disability, the principal sum of the policy to the beneficiary thereof, who was the insured’s wife.…
