This case comes here on exceptions. Tbe plaintiff, a child five years of age, brought suit against the defendant for damages resulting from a collision on Kamehameha highway between an automobile designated as a Ford roadster, the property of the defendant, and, at the time, under the operation and control of an employee of the defendant, and an automobile of the Chevrolet type in which the plaintiff was riding and which was being-driven by her mother.
