Pennsylvania National Mutual Casualty Insurance Company (“Penn National”) initiated this suit, seeking a declaration that Penn National had no duty to defend or provide coverage in the underlying action brought by Shayna Estrella, Rayna Hartley, Jose Estrella, and J.E., a minor, (collectively, “the Estrella Parties”) against Wendy G.
