This is the second prong of the attack by James Bronce Henderson, III (Debtor or Henderson) on claims filed by 6700 Development Associates, L.L.C. and the other by Van Burén Industrial Investors L.L.C. (Van Burén or Landlord), both former landlords of DCT Inc. (DCT). DCT, a now defunct corporation, was a Debtor in a Chapter 7 liquidation case.
