The plaintiff having filed a mechanic’s lien against the property of the defendants, and the owners, O’Donnell and Vandersaal, desiring to avail themselves of the benefits of sec. 25 of the Act of June 4, 1901, P. L. 431, petitioned the court to have the lien discharged against the property, fix the amount of the lien and for leave to give bond, etc., as provided by said section of the act.
