The plaintiff sought by this bill in equity to restrain the defendant from the use of the name “Highland Dye House” in connection with his business; and from displaying upon his stores signs similar to those used by the plaintiff and advertising his business in the manner adopted by the plaintiff for its advertising. The Superior Court restrained the use by this defendant of signs so similar to those of the plaintiff as to be likely to confuse or mislead the public to mistake the business of the defendant for that of the plaintiff, and ordered the removal of certain signs, but did not…
