In this declaratory judgment action, plaintiffs GenOn Mid-Atlantic, LLC, and GenOn Chalk Point, LLC (together, “GenOn”), seek a determination that they need not pay defendant Stone & Webster, Inc. (“Shaw”),1 any additional money in connection with a construction contract, (ECF No. 1 Exs. 1-5 (“Turnkey Agreement”)), between GenOn and Shaw.
