Came on for consideration before the Honorable Robert M. Hill, United States District Judge, this action to enforce a judgment Valley Bank of Nevada, plaintiff, obtained against Clyde E. Skeen and wife, Helen M. Skeen, defendants, in this court on December 7, 1973. The parties have submitted the case to the court on the basis of stipulated facts and briefs.
