Defendant-Appellant Maersk Line, Limited (“Maersk”) appeals from a judgment of the United States District Court for the Southern District of New York (Berman, /.) granting summary judgment in favor of a class of seafarers, discharged from service on Maersk ships due to illness or injury. These seafarers sought, and the district court granted, as part of unearned wages, overtime pay that they would have earned from the time of their discharge until the end of their respective voyages.
