Sharon Gilmore appeals from an order of the Conway County Circuit Court that dismissed her complaint against appellee Juanita Bryant with prejudice.

On December 15, 1992, appellant filed suit against the appellee for injuries sustained in an automobile accident. The appellee filed a motion to dismiss alleging this was the third time the lawsuit had been filed; that the first dismissal was voluntary; that the second dismissal was for failure to obtain timely service under Ark.
