Jasper A. Torchia and Fred W. Derby (collectively, Developers) appeal from the September 19, 1990 order of the Court of Common Pleas of Lehigh County which reversed the decision of the Zoning Hearing Board of Upper Saucon Township (Board) granting a variance from the Upper Saucon Township Zoning Ordinance (Ordinance) requirement that a sixty-foot buffer yard be provided along each side or rear property line adjoining a residential or commercial district boundary.
