HOLOHAN, Justice.

This matter is before us on a petition for review of the decision of the Court of Appeals issued in a supplemental opin*279ion, 15 Ariz.App. 117, 486 P.2d 229 (1971), setting aside an award of the Industrial Commission in Claim No. SZ 115.

On May 26th the Court of Appeals handed down its decision in this case, 12 Ariz.App. 298, 469 P.2d 864 (1970). In that opinion the Court of Appeals affirmed the award of the Industrial Commission.
