OPINION

ODOM, Judge.

This appeal is from a conviction for the offense of murder; punishment was assessed at life.

Appellant alleges five grounds of error, the first and third being contentions that it was error to permit the state to show the illicit relationship between the appellant and the deceased, both females.

The evidence shows that the 41 year old appellant and the 36 year old deceased had known each other for many years and had lived together from time to time; that approximately one month prior to the homicide in question the deceased discontinued living with the appellant and resumed…
