Appellants, Archer-Daniels-Midland Company (“Defendant ADM”) and ADM Milling Company (“Defendant Milling”) (collectively referred to as “defendants”), appeal the judgment entered by the Circuit Court of the City of St. Louis, after a jury found for respondent, Tim Coonrod (“plaintiff’), on his personal injury-negligence action against defendants and awarded plaintiff $2,198,000.00 in damages. The jury found plaintiff 25% contributorily at fault and the trial court reduced plaintiffs total amount of damages accordingly. We reverse the judgment and remand for entry of…
