BRIMMER, District Judge.
This case arises out of a dispute over whether the National Park Service should construct a southwest entrance station at Grand Teton National Park. Petitioners, an environmental organization and an individual, challenge the National Park Service’s decision to construct the entrance station, primarily based on perceived deficiencies in the Environmental Assessment prepared as part of the National Environmental Policy Act planning process.
